Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, we will process a full refund for any reason upon receipt of original condition Jewlbook, no questions asked.
*Excludes personalized engraved Jewlbooks.* Personalized Jewlbooks will be replaced if defective or broken in shipping, due to their custom nature they cannot be returned.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We strive to ship the next business day after an order is placed. Personalized engravings may add up to one week maximum before shipping (due to manufacturing constraints).
Personalization
Complimentary engraving is included with the purchase of your Jewlbook (adds up to 1 week for fulfillment). 12 character maximum, standard characters. The engraving will appear on the top half of the “spine” and will be an engraved resin inlay with swirling silver mica powder.
Who makes Jewlbooks?
Jewlbooks are made in Ohio by American craftsmen. Our production operation is run by a former luthier who honed his skills building custom high-end guitars. We endeavor to bring that same level of craftsmanship to every single Jewlbook. Our staff is paid well and they love making Jewlbooks!
Lifetime Warranty
Every Jewlbook is built to last a lifetime. This is a treasure you will pass down to your grandchildren. We are so confident in the quality that we offer a complimentary lifetime warranty. We literally mean if at any point in the next 75-100 years your Jewlbook suffers a mechanical failure or degradation issue (non user fault), we will ship you a brand new Jewlbook free of charge. Just send us a picture of the fault. Jewlbook reserves the right to require you return the original (we will pay return shipping) so we can study the point of failure and improve our product.
Complimentary Wax and Polish
We always want your Jewlbook looking its best! Once per year any Jewlbook may be sent back to us for complimentary wax and polish services. This will refresh the finish and provide the same dazzling deep finish you fall in love with the first time you set eyes on it. We use long lasting durable finishes, so you may not find it necessary to wax and polish on a yearly basis, but for best results we’d recommend a wax and polish session once every 5 years or so. Shipping to and from Jewlbook is the responsibility of the customer, simply include a return label when you send it to Jewlbook.
Care
Jewlbooks are built to last a lifetime, however, direct sunlight (such as sitting next to a window) will eventually lead to color changes in the wood. We recommend keeping your Jewlbook out of direct sunlight for long periods, and we also recommend a complimentary wax and polish session be applied once every 3-5 years. Do not submerge in water, and treat with care during normal every day use.
