Return Policy

At Jewlbook, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with any original packaging included when possible.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return back to us. Jewlbook is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit when shipped by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

For approved defective or damaged item claims, Jewlbook will replace the item and cover the necessary return shipping or replacement shipping costs.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping

  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Jewlbook or the item arrived damaged, defective, or broken.

Exchanges and Replacements

We replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or broken.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 30 days after delivery. Exchange availability may depend on current inventory. The customer is responsible for return shipping for standard exchanges unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in original condition

  • Custom or personalized items, if applicable

  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
